Dr. Carol Winkler will share her knowledge and perspective on licensing. Dr. Winkler has served on the Board of Directors for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) from 2018 to present day. She was appointed to the NBCE by the Federation of Chirorpactic Licensing Boards where she currently serves as Vice President. Dr. Winkler is a former President of the North Dakota Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
