This program is for EDs, board members, and other volunteer leaders. The objective is to give association leaders a foundational understanding of professional ethics, and particularly an understanding of ethics in an association setting. Attendees will learn about the various philosophies of ethics, how they can be applied in their organizations' policies and operations, real world examples of ethical dilemmas, and how to create a culture of transparency.
