Robert Zapata leads partnerships at Justworks, where he helps associations give their members the tools to simplify operations and focus on what really matters.

He comes from a background in responsible small business lending, where he saw how admin and compliance issues can slow down even the best-run businesses. Today, he’s focused on helping owners - like chiropractors - get back to what they do best: taking care of people.

At Justworks, Robert supports organizations in streamlining payroll, benefits, and HR through transparent, easy-to-use tools.

He served in the Peace Corps in Peru and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
