Sarah Tirimacco, DC, MBA is co-owner of Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY, where she specializes in women’s health, and clinical management of pelvic pain, endometriosis-related low back pain, and prenatal and postpartum care. She received a Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College, and an Executive MBA from the Valar Institute at the Quantic School of Business and Technology. She became a member of the Clinical Compass board in 2025 as the ChiroCongress District 1 Representative.
